These terms apply to your registration and participation in the Ghana Patient Safety Forum 2026. Please read them carefully.
Registration for the Ghana Patient Safety Forum 2026 is free of charge. Registration is open to healthcare professionals, trainees, students, patients, family members, patient advocates and members of the public. Places are limited and registration does not guarantee a place at the venue; confirmation is subject to availability and the secretariat's review.
There is no provision for refund of transport or accommodation costs. Participants are solely responsible for their own transport to and from the venue and for their own accommodation. The organisers will not reimburse any travel, transport or accommodation expenses incurred in connection with attending the Forum, regardless of circumstance.
In-person registrants are required to confirm their attendance by the RSVP deadline communicated by the secretariat. Failure to confirm by the stated deadline may result in your registration being removed and made available to waitlisted delegates. A removed registrant may register again only contingent on available slots.
When in-person places are full, registrants are added to a waitlist. If a place becomes available, waitlisted delegates are contacted in the order in which they joined the waitlist and offered the opportunity to confirm their attendance.
Information you provide during registration is used to administer your participation and communicate with you about the Forum. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for details on how your information is collected, used and protected.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, schedule or venue at any time without prior notice. The organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such changes.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect toward other delegates, speakers and staff. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.
The organisers accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, damage or expense suffered by a participant in connection with their attendance at the Forum, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
